Nestled in the foothills of beautiful Bucks County, the Best Western Plus Philadelphia Bensalem Hotel offers exceptional service and outstanding amenities to Bucks County visitors. We are located close to Sesame Place®, Parx Casino and Philadelphia Mills® Mall. Corporate guests love the easy access to I-276, I-95, US-1 and being only 20 miles from downtown Philadelphia.

The Best Western Plus Philadelphia Bensalem is hiring a Sales Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic individual with a successful track record in sales management. The sales manager will work closely with our clients and will nurture and develop relationships. The sales manager will work with various departments to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Responsibilities will include generating new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, detailing meetings & handling guest issues.

This position offers a competitive salary and bonus program.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous hotel sales experience. Candidate will have a high level of energy combined with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a zest for sales. The ability and desire to conduct successful outside sales activities is required. Top skill level and efficiency for the purpose of soliciting business and developing new accounts along with nurturing existing client relationships is required. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and possess an outgoing personality in order to better promote the hotel within the community.
