Primary responsibilities are the oversight, administration and quality of work from the Shared Services team (data processing/ticket booth/customer service) to successfully monitor and manage the flow of guests through multiple ticket booths and entrance areas with the utmost customer service and care, ensure data integrity of online sales and contribution data, maintain the integrity of members’ online profiles, monitor the organization’s membership auto-renewal program, ensure data integrity between the online reservation system and the point of sale system, confirm operating procedures and controls are in place for appropriate cash, credit cards, guests handling, and ensure online reservations are created in a timely manner and are consistent with the Arboretum’s branding standards. Assure cross training procedures are in place between ticket booth, customer service, and data processing staff/managers.
Provides legendary Customer Service by providing administrative support to member(s) of Department Teams and Leaders (up to and including the Director level).
