Frontend Lead Software Engineer (Hybrid-Flexible Options)

We’re seeking a Front End Lead Software Engineer to join our stellar team!

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with a team of frontend content specialists focusing on template creation using HTML and JavaScript
Work with product teams and other application development teams to support business initiatives
Maintain and contribute to best practices documentation
Assist in the planning and lead the execution of strategic integrations with other business units and systems
Document process flows and integration points within Confluence
Track strategic initiatives and ensure they are completed with high quality / within project timelines
Provide mentorship to the team
Utilize Kibana to query statistics and information
Responsible for creating corrective action reports for composition-related incidents

Qualifications:

3 - 5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript (Vue.JS preferred)

3+ years’ experience in Angular JS
Experience with AWS preferred
Ability to work under pressure and be highly adaptable
Capable of triaging issues/incidents and creating corrective action reports
Strong written and communications skills for collaboration with various teams and upper management
Able to adapt and embrace change and support business strategy and vision.
