This role is for an backend software engineer working on our new, cutting edge portfolio exposure engine - ES2. Leveraging a fully cloud-native stack incorporating AWS, Apache Ignite and Kafka you will be using the latest software engineering techniques including CI/CD and infrastructure as code to deliver value to the business in fast paced and modern environment. ES2 is the heart of the new portfolio management ecosystem being developed within Asset Management and when complete will support 1000+ users and the management of over $2.2 trillion of client money. This is a highly technical but also business based role that offers the right candidate the opportunity to grow and develop their skills whilst working on an exciting, innovative and business critical product.

As an outstanding software engineer you will:
