The position is for AS400 developer/support person who can work onsite from the client office in Mahwah, NJ.

This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other programmers and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties Iseries Technology Lead having experience in Iseries development and maintenance. The person should be able to provide solutions to technical and functional requirements, estimations with little or no variance, system design, problem resolution and guidance to the other team members and support operations. The person needs to adopt best practices and collaborates with the various teams to ensure the projects are delivered successfully
Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mahwah, New Jersey or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

• At least 4 years of hands on experience in Iseries development and maintenance
• Good knowledge on RPG, CL, RPGLE, CLLE
• Prior experience in working with change management tools like Aldon, Turnover
• Good knowledge on SQL.
• Have prior experience in working in Incident management, Problem and Change management
• Knowledge on ITSM tools like Service Now.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Must be able to work in 24x7 production support environment
• Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.
