Work you'll do:

As a Strategy Activation Senior Consultant, you will help develop and execute activation strategies across a complex group of global stakeholders in support of the Maestro Program. You’ll accelerate the evolution of global eminence/thought leadership, along with the rollout of new concepts and programs in support of elevating relationship-building with the C-Suite and Board. Your work will pave the way for a matrixed organization to go to market with a unified voice, including Signature Issue insights that address essential topics for CXOs and board members as they deal with disruption on many fronts – topics such as resilient leadership, organizational trust, climate/ESG and digital transformation. This includes constructing a strategy for a new institute/think tank as a vehicle for driving action and convening market leaders around our strategic themes and supporting the transformation of Deloitte’s global publishing engine. Core to the program is to transform and better orchestrate our global eminence efforts, resources and investments. Reporting to the Strategy Activation senior manager, you’ll monitor progress against strategies to transform how Deloitte is positioned in the global marketplace. You’ll help advance cross-Signature Issue strategy and connect the dots between the Issues, our offerings and our clients and help track impact, including:

  • Documenting and implementing processes to drive change management and best practices which elevate our global eminence
  • Serving as project manager for multiple initiatives
  • Monitoring competitive intelligence
  • Teaming with others to work across geographies, businesses, industries and functions to administer programs to bring the new, innovative, global Maestro program to life - both internally and externally

  • Minimum of 3 years' corporate consulting and/or strategy experience
  • Professional services experience preferred
  • Thought leadership/publishing experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills skills and experience
  • Ability to deliver complex strategies and initiatives across a matrixed, enterprise operation
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed, virtual work environment
  • Strong written and verbal skills, and able to develop executive-ready materials
  • A collaborative mindset to team across businesses, geographies, and skill sets in decentralized, international environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
