IT Support Specialist

Reporting to the General Manager the successful candidate based in New York will be responsible for aiding the IT Infrastructure group. The ideal candidate will be installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing the End User Computing components.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk and desktop support in all aspects
  • Deploying on a specific major End User Computing (EUC) transformation program.
  • Update all workstations.
  • Reporting to the Infrastructure, Services, and Operations, you will participate in a team and execute against a global strategy to deliver a flexible and dynamic workplace experience.
  • Delivery of all desktop operating systems and applications.
  • Responsible for assessing and implementing EUC technologies in alignment with architecture principles, standards, and user needs.
  • Responsible for implementing users to assigned software and hardware within Mobile devices, IOS, or ANDROID and including related main applications.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience is required
  • Will require you to work in the office unless restrictions and related events prohibit.
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in supporting Windows OS systems
  • Able to support computers in a Windows Active Directory Environment
  • Basic knowledge of networking
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Active Directory
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work overtime if needed
  • Italian speaking is a plus
  • Driving license
