We’re revolutionizing the delivery of healthcare and we need a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable distributed systems supporting our Transportation & Healthcare SaaS applications

• Work closely within a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and stakeholders to develop technical solutions that meet customer and business needs

• Lead the engineering team with hands-on development and set technical and architectural direction

• Guide and mentor team members, especially more junior developers via pairing, code reviews, etc.

• Collaborate with other technology team members and leaders to refine best practices and processes

• Contribute to a culture of automation that includes unit tests, regression tests, automated deployments, and continuous monitoring

• Foster a process-oriented Software Development Life Cycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience developing SaaS applications and services in a distributed application

• Demonstrated leadership experience

• Command of an object-oriented language such as Ruby and its relevant design patterns

• Avid practitioner of TDD/BDD

• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization

• Deep understanding of writing and optimizing SQL

• Fundamental understanding of software engineering principles and fundamentals, like data structures and algorithms.

• Preferred Skills: Ruby On Rails, Angular, Scrum, AWS, Docker, CircleCI
