Dataiku's People Operations Team is looking for a driven People Operations Manager with experience working in a fast-paced, target driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for running people operations for the Americas and Asia + Australia. You will manage one people operation generalist based in New York and one people coordinator based in Singapore.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure first level of support to the employees.

  • Oversee new hire administration.

  • Process separation documentations.

  • Design and document policies and processes.

  • Manage access and accuracy of the info in our HRIS

  • Organize the team to ensure a minimum level of backup and continuous service

  • Streamline and design scalable processes.

  • Support and coach the team to make them grow in their roles.

  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed

  • Work closely with cross functional teams with the People Business Partner, Total Rewards and Payroll teams.

  • Monitor legal and mandatory requirements in the different locations.

  • Handle sensitive cases and communications

  • Manage relationships with external counsels

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HR Admin field.

  • A strong knowledge of local labor laws and requirements

  • The ability to work well independently and as a team member in a time sensitive environment.

  • Advanced Excel and Google sheets skills.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

  • The ability to work towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
