Grocery Delivery Ops Tech(GDOT) team is seeking enthusiastic and high-caliber individuals to drive grocery delivery innovation and performance to the next level. GSF supports Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, 3P / Whole Foods, and other businesses. Along with these core businesses, GSF has future plans for ground-breaking customer offerings to dramatically improve click-to-deliver speeds, customer experience, and delivery partner experience to create a best-in-class grocery delivery strategy.

In this role, you will work alongside OE, platform product teams & Engg partners to identify key business and customer pain points, develop technical, scalable solutions to solve persistent issues, and track delivery of long-run solutions. As a Sr. Product Manager in the Grocery Delivery team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives for our Grocery Delivery businesses for Delivery Associates. The PM will represent Delivery in for On the Road(OTR) initiatives including developing self-service returns for delivery partners, build the vision, strategy and plan for improving recovery efforts on-the-road, and work with partner teams in customer notification around the same, This PM will own high impact projects that improve quality, reduce cost, and enhance the pick- and delivery experience for our delivery partners. This role requires scoping, defining product requirements, partnering with Engg & platform teams in order to deliver a great product. In addition, s/he will own driving execution, and providing communication to senior on status, risks, and process/product updates.

This candidate will have strong customer experience intuition, business and product sense combined with solid understanding of technical concepts. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities
Tasks/Responsibilities:
  • Work with and cross-functional teams to ideate, design, implement and roll out programs and processes that improve DP delivery.
  • Manage and drive complex projects to improve .
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive network-level improvements.
  • Demonstrates analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and to back assumptions and develop business cases.
  • Willingness to roll your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general / owner mentality.
  • Ability to comfortably lead teams that span multiple disciplines.
  • This position requires occasional travel for supporting, learning, roll-out and/or various delivery-related purposes

· Ability to seamlessly work across functional and organizational boundaries, and reputation for influencing others and earning trust across levels and organizations · Proficiency with SQL · MBA, related master's degree, or equivalent experience. · Communication skills for both a technical and business audience, with an emphasis on writing down ideas effectively. · Experience owning and delivering complex product roadmaps in partnership with multiple technical teams and stakeholders. · Experience with data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques.
