DEX is seeking a high Caliber Senior Marketing Manager to be part of the founding members of a team that powers the delivery experience on all of Amazon's Global retail websites and subsidiaries. This position has the unique opportunity to build a best-in-class brand from scratch!

As an owner, you will not only define the marketing message, you will also need to influence senior stakeholders and develop marketing materials, including development of sales collateral, case studies, blog posts, product videos, web page content, event content, and research to support your key messages.
This person should be passionate about building compelling messages and developing marketing initiatives that work backwards from the customer’s needs to drive sustained awareness and adoption of our new product.
As an ideal candidate, you will have a track record of delivering with high standards for customers; of scaling yourself and your team for fast growth; and you will have demonstrated Invent and Simplify. The role requires that you are not only comfortable with ambiguity, but you thrive in it.

Role responsibilities:
  • Define the goals, priorities, and success metrics, and develop the experimentation roadmap in line with the long-term vision.
  • Work backward from customer pain points and build relevant and helpful Customer Experience (CX) for customers and entice engagement.
  • Develop the future vision for the lifecycle framework and further scale the initiatives.
  • Manage a high level of ambiguity to tie back macro level outputs to individual initiatives and measure the impact on the CX and the business.
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify new opportunities to drive customer engagement.
  • Understand, measure, and evaluate the impact on the CX and business outcomes.
  • Drive learnings and insights, and apply to ongoing marketing measures or adjustments to the experimentation roadmap, and recommend scalable automated solutions.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders across business, regions, and levels.

  • MBA or other graduate degree in related field
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
  • Experience leading Marketing Campaigns for New Products and services for Selling Partners

  • An entrepreneurial mentality; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet goals
  • Excellent customer intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly digital services and customer-facing features
  • Proven track record driving innovation on behalf of both enterprises and consumers
  • Experience operating both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Experience use data to develop and measure marketing programs
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Strong bias for action;
