Job Description*
The Role*
As our Sales Manager, you will have a hand in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our team of Account Executives in the US executing on our sales strategy under the leadership of our VP of Sales.

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the US Account Executive team
  • Execute on our strategic business plan to expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the US market
  • Own recruiting, objectives/goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Account Executives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Manage daily sales activities with internal teams to achieve revenue objectives

  • No specific degree required
  • 1-2 years of successful working experience in a managerial sales role in SaaS, digital, or tech/software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
