Sr. Full Stack React JS Developer

Guardian Life Insurance Company - New York, NY

Guardian life is currently seeking a Full Stack React JS Developer to join our growing team.

You will:

Design, develop, and deploy high-volume, high-usage self-service web portals for Guardian, utilizing React and Java/J2EE technologies.
Collaborate with Technical Teams, Technical Manager, Project Manager and subject matter experts from the businesses and work closely with SMEs to understand, plan and implement.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, legal, infrastructure, and administrative/corporate processes and policies.
Patricipate in meetings
Take a leadership and mentoring role when working with less experienced staff always raising the bar of technical expertise within the organization.
Partner with stakeholders, educating, negotiating, and influencing them on implementation options and risks.

You Have:

4+ years of experience delivering enterprise web applications using Java
Node, React, Redis, NextJs, Webpack, PHP, Drupal experience
2+ years of PHP, Drupal, React
Javascript, HTML and CSS
Experience in Agile environment
Experience with modern web application development, including build tools, testing and CI/CD
Experience in working with security frameworks
Troubleshooting high impact issues with websites and processes
Experience with Amazon AWS
