The Business Office Coordinator is responsible to make a compelling difference in the lives of our residents through providing excellence and innovation in aging services. The Business Office Coordinator provides adminstrative support to the Office of Executive Director and our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Enroll all Nursing employees in Point Click Care (PCC) system
  • Complete daily report of staffing hours for ED and COO for budget planning via the Daily Focus Budget Spreadsheet for Nursing.
  • Tracks attendance status for nurse management and prepares counseling forms in accordance with attendance policy guideline and submits to management for issuance.
  • Process timesheets for Nursing and Personal Care departments.
  • Maintains records of nursing employees receiving annual evaluations and remind nursing management when due.
  • Accurately submits changes into ADP system for HR approval.
  • Ensures department employees’ timecards are correct and approved for payroll; Correct missed punches, verify total hours, match regular standard hours, report excessive missed punches to employees supervisor to initiate employee counseling.
  • Prepares meetings for the department, i.e., set-up, communication, and distribution of documentation.
  • Other duties as required.
